Rick has been playing guitar for more than 50 years. His influences are many and diverse.
He grew up listening to old rock & roll, Motown, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Allman Brothers, Derek and The Dominos, Delaney & Bonnie, The Byrds, The Band, J.J. Cale, Taj Mahal, Freddie King and Muddy Waters, to name a few.
He also likes folk music, traditional country, bluegrass and reggae.
He is also a songwriter.
Over the years, Rick has played with many local bands.
Whether it’s electric or acoustic, folk, country or rock & roll;
You’ll hear the blues integrated into his playing.
